How it works

Up and running in seconds

    Install RestEase

    Add it from the Chrome Web Store and pin it to your toolbar.

    Pick a preset

    Start from 20-20-20 Focus, Full Wellness, Pomodoro + Stretch or Hydration — or build your own.

    Take guided breaks

    When a break is due, a full-screen coach walks you through the exercise (or press Alt+Shift+B anytime).

    Stay in flow

    Set your work hours, let it auto-pause when you step away, and flip on focus mode for meetings.

RestEase asks for the minimum and explains every one.

    Schedules the periodic break reminders reliably while the browser is open.
