These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you reside.
