storage saves your settings and pinned currencies; alarms refreshes exchange rates in the background; contextMenus and notifications power right-click “Convert selection” (the result is shown in a notification); sidePanel is the always-on Rate Board; and commands enables keyboard shortcuts. RateVault ships with a built-in rate snapshot so it works instantly and offline. When you're online it refreshes rates automatically (every 12 hours by default) and shows the date the rates are from. You can change the refresh interval or refresh manually in Settings.
RateVault auto-detects whether you write “1,234.56” or “1.234,56”. If you always type one style, set it explicitly under Settings → Number format, and pick your preferred decimal places — your results will format exactly how you want.
